Hilton debuts first Garden Inn ‘Gen A’ brand in Mainland China

International accommodation firm Hilton has announced the beginning of its first Garden Inn ‘Gen A’ resorts throughout Mainland China. Among the first real properties to start is the 276-key Hilton Garden Inn Chongqing Yubei Central Park.

Hilton unveiled its Garden Inn ‘Gen A’ brand name last year, developed specifically for the Mainland Chinese local market. It will supply a rejuvenated design and value enhancements over the recognized Garden Inn brand of hotels.

“The start of Hilton Garden Inn Gen A notes an amazing progression of the company in China, directly responding to the growing needs of Chinese travellers,” says Jenny Milos, vice president of brand organization, suites and focused product in the Asia Pacific at Hilton.

Many other real properties under the brand-new label have already also opened their doors in major towns across the country, consisting of Chongqing, Sanya and Harbin.

“By creating spaces that reflect their values, design, and desire for pleasure, balance, and connection, Gen An establishes a brand-new standard for visitor experience in the upscale focused-service segment,” she adds.

“Targeting core urban centers and high-potential cultural and tourism locations grows our network in China as we intend to serve ever a lot more company and recreation visitors,” claims Clarence Tan, elderly vice president of development in the Asia Pacific at Hilton.

Including the recent openings, Hilton Garden Inn now has greater than 115 trading properties in China with another 185 in the pipeline. Around the world, there are greater than 1,000 real properties under the Hilton Garden Inn brand spread throughout 64 places.
