GuocoLand’s Martin Modern cliches Silver at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award
It was assigned Top Development, Residential (Completed) at the 6th EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Honors 2022; High-end Residential Property Development of the Year, Singapore, at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2021; and Best Residential Development Singapore at the International Property Citations 2020.
It is GuocoLand’s fifth accolade at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award. It formerly earned awards for Guoco Tower in 2022, 2021, and 2020 and Leedon Property in 2018.
The venture has currently claimed several other major realty and style honors.

The venture additionally won four major awards at the 2nd EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Award in 2018 in the uncompleted developments group, including Top Development Excellence, Design Excellence, Landscape Excellence and Innovation Excellence.
The International Real Property Federation, recognising the significance of architectural brilliance, durability, community activity, and moral industry methods, has granted GuocoLand for its commitment to these prices in the property development of Martin Modern.
Martin Modern, a luxury condo by mainboard-listed real estate developer GuocoLand, was identified as World Silver Winner in the Residential (Tower) Classification at this year’s FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award.
Martin Modern was designed by ipli Architects and ADDP Architects. The plan’s design was recognized for its lush botanical garden surroundings, matched by a tough creative influenced at the adjoining riverside oasis. At Martin Modern, 80% of the area is alloted to landscaping and features, and GuocoLand’s other trademark style features, such as a grand yard and plentiful rooms for leisure and amusement, are showcased.
